Tomato, Basil Salad with

Fresh Mozzarella




4 medium Vine-Ripened Tomatoes, cut into bite size pieces

       or slice them arranging at the bottom layer

8 oz. Fresh Mozzarella, cubed or sliced thinly

10 - 12 Fresh Basil leaves, julienne cut


Dressing, Whisk together:

2 - 3 TBS Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 C. Olive Oil

1 Garlic Clove, minced then crushed with the back of the knife

1 - 2 TBS >Doc’s Jade Burst or >Doc’s Reducer

Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic and your choice of Doc’s sauce in mixing a bowl.

  • Slice tomatoes into bite sized sections and add into mixing bowl

  • Add the fresh mozzarella

  • Mix all ingredients together

  • NOTE: You may season it more if you think you’ll need it, but there’s enough in the dressing to satisfy the pallet!

  • Serve


Yields: 4 servings
