Tomato, Basil Salad with
Fresh Mozzarella
4 medium Vine-Ripened Tomatoes, cut into bite size pieces
or slice them arranging at the bottom layer
8 oz. Fresh Mozzarella, cubed or slice thinly
10-12 Fresh Basil leaves, julienne cut
Dressing, Whisk together:
2 -3 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, minced then crushed with the back of the knife
1-2 TBS >Doc’s Jade Burst or >Doc’s Reducer
Salt and Pepper to taste

Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic and your choice of Doc’s sauce in mixing a bowl.

Slice tomatoes into bite sized sections and add into mixing bowl

Add the fresh mozzarella

Mix all ingredients togetherYou may season it more if you think you’ll need it, but there’s enough in the dressing to satisfy the pallet!
