Spiced Peanuty Seafood SAUCE
I used crunchy Almond Butter, awesome flavor and texture!
For Sauce-Whisk in a bowl:
1 1/2 C. Almond Butter (or Peanut Butter) either Crunchy or Creamy
1/2 C. Coconut Milk, full fat from a can (or heavy cream)
1/2 Lime, Juiced, fresh squeezed (or lemon)
3 TBS Water (more if you want it thinner)
3 TBS Braggs Aminos (same as soy sauce, only healthier)
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 TBS Old Bay, liquid (or fish sauce if you have it)
1 - 2 TBS Ginger Root, freshly grated (the more you have the spicier)
3 Garlic cloves, minced (or garlic powder to taste)
1 - 2 TBS Doc's Spicy Island Jalapeno >Doc's Jade Burst or Doc's Garlic Rush
Cilantro, chopped finely (Optional)
Bake your seafood uncovered in a 350°oven for 20 - 25 min the (Seafood of your choice) with a little olive oil, spices of choice and bake till flaky.
Spread or drizzle the above topping over cooked seafood
Use as Crab Cake dip or sauce
Use on seafood, beef or chicken
Use as a sauce for pasta or noodles
