Spiced Peanuty Seafood SAUCE
I used crunchy Almond Butter, awesome flavor and texture!
For Sauce-Whisk in a bowl:
1 1/2 C. Almond Butter (or Peanut Butter) either Crunchy or Creamy
1/2 C. Coconut Milk, full fat from a can (or heavy cream)
1/2 Lime, Juiced, fresh squeezed (or lemon)
3 TBS Water (more if you want it thinner)
3 TBS Braggs Aminos (same as soy sauce, only healthier)
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 TBS Old Bay, liquid (or fish sauce if you have it)
1-2 TBS Ginger Root, freshly grated (the more you have the spicier)
3 Garlic cloves, minced (or garlic powder to taste)
1 TBS Doc's Spicy Island Jalapeno >Doc's Jade Burst or Doc's Garlic Rush
Cilantro, chopped finely (Optional)
Bake your seafood uncovered in a 350°oven for 20 - 25 min the (Seafood of your choice) with a little olive oil and bake till flaky.
Serving Suggestions:
