Roasted Veggies


Preheat oven to 450 degrees


Cut and place on lightly grease sheet pan the following veggies:

1 zucchini, 1/2" slices

1 small eggplant, 1" cubes

1 C. Cherry Tomatoes

1 Onion, chunk cut

1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced

1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced

1 C. Mushrooms, halved or whole

Drizzle Olive Oil over the veggies


Roast for 15-20 min. 

After Roasted-Toss in: 2 TBS >Doc's Jade Burst, > More My Speed or > Doc's Reducer
