Hot Honey Fruit Dessert



Warm in a large Saute' pan over medium heat:


Warm enough honey to cover bottom of pan stirring in:

  • 1-2 TBS Doc's Peach Ember (XXX) or Doc's Mash (XXXXX) to taste.

  • Cut fruit (plums or any firm fruit) and place cut side down to absorb honey and sauce.

  • When fruit is soft all around, raise heat to high for about one minute; toss continuously until fruit is completely coated and slightly caramelized.

  • Reduce honey and sauce with fruit into a glaze.


Serve with:

Ice Cream 

Doc's Sweet Nuts

or whatever suits your fancy!
