Honey Mustard Dressing

4 Servings


1/4 C. Honey, plus

1/4 C. Dijon mustard

1/2 C. >Doc's Spicy Island Jalapeno or>Doc's Heavenly Habanero

2 TBS Rice Wine Vinegar 

2 TBS Sour Cream or Yogurt

1/2 tsp Worcestershire

1 Lime, (or lemon) freshly squeezed

1/4 C. Olive Oil


One to two servings In a bowl:

2 TBS Honey

1/4 C. >Doc's Spicy Island Jalapeno or >Doc's Heavenly Habanero

1/4 C. Rice Wine Vinegar 

1/4 tsp Worcestershire 

1/2 TBS Lime, freshly squeezed

2 TBS Olive Oil Salt & Pepper to taste


Whisk together thoroughly.


Use as:

Salad Dressing

Dipping Sauce for Chicken Fingers
