Fruit Kabobs
Cut in bite-size pieces (24) one or both:
1 Red or Green Apple or both
1 Pear

Toss gently in 1 -2 TBS Lemon Juice
On Skewers alternately thread:

Apple
-
Pear
-
Pineapple chunks
-
Strawberry, whole, leaves removed

Any other fruit you wish to use (options below)

Can be served as a Fresh Fruit Kabob with an addition of banana

Or-Grill for 30 seconds each side
-
Or-Broil for 30 seconds each side

You may also brush lightly with honey

Yogurt-Pineapple Dip:

1-4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened

1 TBS Coconut Flakes, unsweetened

4 oz. Vanilla Yogurt
-
1-2 tsp > Doc's Peach Ember
-
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
-
1 tsp Honey
-
1/4 tsp Orange, zest
-
4 oz. Pineapple, unsweetened, crushed, drained
Optional other fruits:

Cantaloupe
-
Honeydew
-
Kiwi
-
Grapes
-
Drizzle with melted chocolate
