Broiled-Garlic Shrimp Au Gratin
2 lb Frozen Jumbo (or Large) Shrimp, deveined, thawed
1/2 C. Unsalted butter, melted
1/4 C. Olive Oil
2 TBS Coconut Flour
One 8 oz Fresh Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
4 Green Onions, chopped
4 large Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 - 1 fresh Lemon, juiced (to taste)
1-4 TBS Doc's Reducer or >Doc's Garlic Rush or >Doc'sMore My Speed
1 t. Sea Salt
2 TBS Flat Leaf Parsley
Grated Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
(You can place these evenly in Au Gratin dishes or one large baking dish.)

Preheat oven to 475 degrees

Saute’ shrimp in about 2 TBS butter and 2 TBS olive oil

Place Shrimp in buttered baking dish evenly side by side. Set aside.

In saute’ pan heat remaining butter and oil and 2 TBS coconut flour
stirring until thickened

Add mushrooms, onions, garlic, lemon, salt, except cheese

Pour garlic-butter sauce equally over shrimp; top with a generous sprinkling of cheese.

Place shrimp in preheated broiler until sauce is bubbly and lightly browned, about 10 minutes or until lightly browned Garnish with parsley sprigs.
Serve Hot!
