Blazing Black Bean Dip
In Pot, cook just till cheese is melted:
16 oz. Organic Black Beans, rinsed and drained
3 TBS or more>>>Doc's Reducer or >>>Doc's Cool Nights
1 C. Grated Cheese (Monterrey Jack or Cheddar or combine both)
1 medium Tomato, cut up
Using a hand blender:
Black Bean Mixture, above
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped & mashed
2 TBS Red Onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Topping--Arrange in a Pie Plate:
1/2 Cup of Doc's FestiveTomatillo Salsa (recipe in list) or Red Bell Pepper, chopped finely (may be roasted first)
1/2 Tomato, diced 2 TBS Red Onion, chopped finely
10 Black Olives, sliced
1 C. Cheese, grated
Note: You may add 1 TBS chopped Cilantro and
1/2 to 1 whole Avocado, chopped in the Topping
