                                 Turkey Nachos


1 lb bag of large restaurant style nacho chips (organic tastes better)
1/2 lb ground turkey
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 cup chopped black olives
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups Monterey Jack and sharp Cheddar
2 cups Lettuce, shredded
1-2 TBS>>>Doc's Reducer
(or >>>Doc's Rush)
1 TBS flour

In pan, cook ground turkey well and drain off any fat.
Add Doc's Reducer or Cool Nights. Add more to taste.

Add 1 teaspoon of butter to beans and heat through.
(If too watery, it will soak the chips. You may add to the beans
when heating, 1 TBS flour to soak up the liquid.)

On a large cookie sheet spread out 1 layer of chips then a thin layer
of ground turkey, onion, olives, beans and cheese.

Repeat layers with cheese on top then pop in oven and bake at 350
until the cheese melts (about 5 min.)

Remove and garnish with lettuce and serve.
