Tuna and Black Bean Salad

In a large bowl mix together:
4.5 oz can Tuna
15 oz can Black Beans
12 Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
4-5 Green Pepper Strips, chopped
12 Green Olives, chopped
Salt to taste
1 TBS each of
    Olive Oil
    Veganese (a grapeseed extract replacing Mayonaise)
    Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Doc's Habanero Heaven or more
1 tsp Doc's Garlic Rush or more

Serve with Pita pockets or on a bed of lettuce.
