Tomato, Basil Salad with Fresh Mozzarella
6 Vine-Ripened Tomatoes
2-3 oz. Fresh Mozzarella, cubed
Fresh Basil, about a dozen leaves
Dressing:
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 TBS Olive Oil
1 TBS>>>Jade
Burst or >>>Ruby
Red
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine balsamic vinegar, olive
oil, and Jade Burst or Ruby Red in mixing bowl. Slice tomatoes into
quarter sections and add into mixing bowl along with fresh mozzarella.
Mix all ingredients together.
Season with salt and pepper to
taste and serve.
