Tomatillo Salsa
Ingredients:
8 Tomatillo's-husked, washed & diced
1 Red Bell Pepper, seeded & diced
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, seeded & diced
1 Poblano Chile, seeded & diced
1 Jalapeño Chile, diced (or a Serrano Chile
if you prefer)
2 1/2 TBS Lime Juice (or juice of one lime or lemon)
2 Garlic Cloves-minced
1 TBS
>>>Doc's Jade Burst
or 1 TBS
>>>Doc's Reducer
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1/8 teaspoon Sugar or Honey
Directions:
Combine & mix all ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 2
hours.
Use within 2 days.
Good by itself or spices up seafood. Adds lots of great color!
Caution! This is spicy.
