Taco Dip Appetizer
(This is a recipe we've seen done differently in a lot of restaurants. Get creative and add ingredients to your taste. Assemble ingredients in layer form in a pie plate)
Heat then spread in a pie plate:
1-8 oz. Refried beans or beans of your choice that aren't over processed
When slightly cooled add:
1 - 8 oz. Sour Cream or Yogurt, spread gently and evenly across the beans
1 bottle >>>Doc's More My Speed or >>>Doc's Reducer or any of your favorite Doc's sauces!
1/2 Diced Red Onions
1 Jalapeno or Habañero, chopped, or one 4 oz. canned green Chilies
1 - 8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
