"Spicy Island Jalapeno" is a Medium mustard sauce.  Have you ever been to the Caribbean Islands, Tahiti or Greenland?  Neither have we but we bet it would go great on all of their foods!  Just a touch of a mustard taste slightly sweet and maintains that Jalapeno heat range.  Not too hot but gets your attention.  Exceptional on a fat, juicy Bratwurst or Mett, fries, sandwiches, soups, chilies and sauces.
