Spiced Peanuty Seafood
Topping-Whisk in
a bowl:
1 TBS Olive Oil
1 1/2 TBS Peanut Butter
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tsp >>>Doc's
Spicy Island Jalapeno or >>>Doc's
Mash
Bake uncovered in a 350°oven for 20 - 25 min. Seafood of your choice with a little olive
oil. Lay 1-2 Sage Leaves on top of 3-4 fish filets and bake till flaky.
After cooked, spread or drizzle the above topping over the seafood.
