"Rush" is a Medium to hot Habanero sauce, royal red in color, with a noble flavor to suit your taste buds.  This sauce was developed in an effort to fulfill a very close friend's request.  Would you wonder why a Chef from Italy would choose Mrs. Doc's sauces over all the rest?  Hmmm....
