The 2009 Harvest was a good year.  The plants yielded many beautiful peppers.  They are producing some of the tastiest sauces yet!  As you can see, the plants and peppers look very healthy and large!

The plant to the right is called:
    Bhut Jolokia. 
One of the hottest peppers out there! Go to the shorter version of the>>>Hot Pepper Scale page. The plant originated in India and came to the states a couple years ago.  These seeds produced better than we expected.  This year we developed a sauce combining them with the Habañero peppers.  
Whew! That's Hot!
