                                   Peach Habañero Salmon
         In a Bowl, mix:

                3 TBS
Doc's >>>Peach Ember Sauce
                2 TBS Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
                Add: 2 lb Halibut Filets
Suggestion:  If you don't want a fruity taste use any of Doc's sauces
    >>>Doc's Jade Burst with veggies or
    >>>Doc's Habañero Heaven for a mustard flavor
               
Let stand in refrigerator 1 hour, covered    
       
Place filets on Medium grill 4 minutes on each side till done, or
broil for 6-8 min. in a broil pan in oven.  (No need to turn)
(Note:  The cooking time may vary depending on the size) 

After cooked, drizzle more lime juice to taste
    and add more of Doc's Sauce as desired.  

Garnish with fresh chopped Cilantro
Ginger, freshly grated

Serve with a salad from Doc's Recipes:
     Fresh Broiled Pepper Salad
    or Tomato Basil Salad
