Hot Honey Fruit Dessert
Warm
in a large Saute' pan over medium heat:
Warm enough honey to cover bottom of pan,
Stirring in 1-2 TBS:
Doc's Peach Ember (X)
or Doc's Mash (XXXXX) to
taste.
Cut fruit (plums or any firm fruit) and
place cut side down to absorb
honey and sauce.
When fruit is soft all around, raise heat to high for about one minute;
toss continuously until fruit is completely coated and slightly
caramelized.
Reduce honey and sauce with fruit into a glaze.
Serve with Ice Cream, Nuts or whatever suits your fancy!
