Glazed Sweet Potatoes
     
5-6 Sweet Potatoes, boiled (or 1 can Sweet Potatoes, drained)
1/3-1/2 cup honey (depending on sweetness of taste)
1/3-1/2 cup orange juice
2-4 Tab >>>Cool Nights or >>>Reducer
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2-1 tsp organic Sea Salt
Sprinkling of cinnamon

Arrange peeled, sliced potatoes in greased casserole.
Pour the combined remaining ingredients over top of the potatoes.
(This recipe also works in a heavy pan on top of the range)

Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes, basting frequently.

Serves 6-8
