In Large Pot:
Gently slowly melt 1/3 C. Butter on medium-low heat
Increase heat to medium-high and add:
8 fresh Peaches, pitted and sliced stirring a few minutes until the peaches start to sizzle
in the butter.
Mix together in a bowl then add to peaches:
1/3 C. Honey
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1-4 TBS >>>Doc's Peach Ember or for a FIREY HOT flavor >>> Doc's Peach Smash
Blend in 2 tsp. Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
Serving Suggestions:
Spoon equally into serving bowls and top with a scoop of Ice Cream and chopped
