                Fiery BBQ Meatballs
          (This recipe is a great Appetizer, too.  Just make the meatballs smaller.)

1 lb lean ground chuck or turkey (or in Food Processor-Free Range Chicken)
1 Onion Soup dry mix, your choice
2-4 TBS >>>Explosive BBQ or >>>Zesty BBQ, to taste
1/4-1/2 C. bread crumbs
1 egg

Sauce Mixture:
1-29 oz. Tomato sauce plus 2-4 TBS  of >>> Doc's Explosive BBQ or >>> Doc's Zesty BBQ
1 teas. cumin
1 teas. oregano
1/2 teas. ginger
1 teas. coriander
1 TBS brown sugar or honey

In a bowl combine all meatball ingredients (use rubber gloves,
especially if using chicken!) and roll meat mixture into about 22-30 mini meatballs.

Bake at 350 degrees in oven on a cookie sheet for about 20 min.

In a large saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients and simmer on
medium heat for about 30 min. stirring till thicken.   Add cooked meatballs to
sauce and simmer about 15 min.

Add as much Doc's Explosive BBQ or Doc's Zesty BBQ you can handle.
