                                    Broiled Garlic Shrimp

4 lbs. Frozen Jumbo (or Large) Shrimp, thawed
1/2 C. Unsalted butter
1/4-1/2 C. vegetable oil
4 green onion, chopped
4 large garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 TBS fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2-1 TBS >>>
Doc's Reducer (or >>>Doc's More My Speed >>>Doc's Cool Nights)
1 t. salt
2 TBS Flat Leaf Parsley
Grated Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated

(You can place these evenly in Au Gratin dishes or one
large baking dish.)

Place Shrimp in baking dish evenly side by side. Set aside.
In a heavy 2 qt or larger saucepan, heat butter with oil.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese.


Preheat Broiler. Pour garlic-butter sauce equally over shrimp; top
with a generous sprinkling of cheese. Place shrimp on baking dish
and in preheated broiler until sauce is bubbly and lightly browned.
About 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley sprigs. Serve Hot
